In this episode, Christopher talks about the Aramaic word "Miltha" which means "word, manifestation, instance, or substance" and how this word used in various places in the Brit Chadasha and the Tanakh, gives power to one's words and how they can be used for edification or for harm.  
Christopher also ties this in with how many speak on "Lashon hara" (evil tongue), yet the problem is much deeper, and he focuses on the root of the problem which is "Yetzer Hara" (evil inclinations).  Christopher also ties all these things together in what true Torah observance really is and how it is not being taught correctly in most Hebrew Root circles, thus contributing to confusion, and sickness within the body.
